TR3 Capital Fund IV will focus on acquiring multifamily real estate assets throughout the United States. Although TR3 Capital intends to initially search for properties located in Texas, the Company will not limit itself geographically. TR3 Capital intends to focus it's investment efforts on those properties that are income producing; in other words, those properties that will produce positive cash flow immediately upon, or soon after acquisition. It is expected that TR3 Capital will focus on Class B and C multifamily properties.
Potential subscribers of Fund IV should expect to remain in Fund IV for ten (10) years. At, or around the fifth year of operations, TR3 Capital will attempt to refinance the property in order to return Capital Account Balances to the Members. At or around the tenth year, TR3 Capital will attempt to sell or otherwise dispose of the property.
